A Little About Me
Outside of therapy, I have a passion for yoga, plant-based cooking, and experimenting with new recipes. I incorporate mindfulness where I can, believing in the power of balanced wellness and bring this perspective into my life and work with clients.
Before joining Elevate CBT, my career path took me through impactful roles in outpatient mental health and crisis intervention. I’ve worked with children, adults, and families, and held management roles at organizations like Care Plus NJ and NADAP, where I led teams and mentored interns in mental health care. At NOCD, I provided virtual therapy for clients with OCD and anxiety, allowing me to help clients in unique ways, such as accompanying them virtually to face their challenges in real-time.
