I specialize in therapy for young adults, OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and life’s many transitions. My approach helps clients who may feel stuck or overwhelmed in cycles of stress, emotion regulation difficulties, or challenging relationships. Through therapy, I work with clients to gain self-awareness and build the skills to manage life’s obstacles with confidence and resilience.

A Little About Me
Outside of therapy, I’m also a certified Pilates instructor. I believe strongly in a holistic approach to well-being and the powerful connection between mind and body. I encourage my clients to explore the benefits of movement and body care as part of their journey to mental health and improved quality of life.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a housing specialist supporting low-income and homeless individuals with mental health challenges. I was inspired to co-found a nonprofit, Beyond My Battle, to support individuals with chronic illnesses and their caregivers. My career path led me to specialize in mental health, and I’m passionate about helping clients learn skills for self-awareness and resilience through evidence-based approaches like DBT and CBT. I led DBT skills groups in several different settings prior to joining Elevate CBT, and I enjoy incorporating this framework whenever I can.
